1. How do I submit my claim?

1. You can download the claim form and fill up the details of the claim accordingly.

 

2. Compile the documents required for the claim. You'll find a checklist of the required documents to submit in each claim type such as airline reports, medical reports, police report, original receipts and etc.

 

3. We will require the originals, so please make copies of these documents before submitting to us.

 

4. You can submit your completed claim form along with supporting documents within 30 days upon the return date of your scheduled flight to Malaysia via post or walk-in to:

2. If I post my claim, how will I know if you have received?

You will receive an acknowledgement from us within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of the documents.

3. How will I know when my claim has been assessed?

You will receive a reply within 14 working days from the date of acknowledgement requesting for additional documents if your documents are incomplete. If your documents are complete, the claim will be processed accordingly.

4. How long is the claim processing time?

It would take approximately 30 working days to process your claim upon the verification of complete documents received.

5. How will my reimbursement payment be sent to me?

You will receive your claim reimbursement via cheque posted to your mailing address stated in the claim form.
